Belief, Faith and Superstitions

For the believers the distinction between belief, faith and superstitions are highly specific. It revolves around the high profile sophistries of theology. In the rationalistic point of view the differences between belief, faith and superstitions are so clear that it could be easily explained.
“When a person suffers from a delusion it is insanity and when a group of people suffer from a delusion it is called religion”. Superstitions and faith occur simultaneously. It differs among persons belonging to the same community and same religion. When the so called scriptures endorse a set of myths or stories about anything which is so abstract, it is a belief. It is adored as faith and is taught in the religious classes and writings. But when an individual comes out with another myth of his own, it could be despised as a superstition. When a member of the clergy or associate of the religious intuitions is ridden by any hallucination or illusion, he is considered holy, saint or sage.
When the so called sage utters sophisticated sophistries which is ultimately of utter nonsense, he is considered as a mystique or great guru. His sophistries would be renowned as philosophy or theology.
